Hey, girls and guys! Destini of ArashiAroundAmerica.net here. For those of you that have visited AAA.net as of recent, you may have seen a project titled the Clovers For Aiba project listed in our Tentative Projects section.
Well I am proud to say that this is no longer so! Pun intended when I say we have gotten the green light to start up this project! Below is the explanation and symbolism of the Clovers For Aiba project.
The Origin?
The Clovers For Aiba project initially stemmed from an idea to support Aiba and his butai, Green Fingers. Green Fingers is a stage play adapted from an English film about an inmate that gets a green thumb and teaches his fellow inmates of the intricacies of gardening.
The Meaning?
For this project in particular, the significance of the Four Leaf Clover is:
- St. Patrick's Day in March.
- Green Fingers' relevance to gardening.
- Green is Aiba's image color.
Our Method?
We are taking these symbols and using them to our advantage by creating a huge bouquet of four leaf clovers. To make the clovers even more special, between now and the date the clovers are finished, we will be including the locations of all those fans who have signed up for the Fans Database at AAA.net on a leaf of each clover.
Along with the bouquet, a card will be created from scratch entirely, explaining the purpose and explaining who we are. It will be delivered together to Keikarou Restaurant. I've had experience delivering fan projects to Keikarou so no worries there.
Our Goal?
Our hope is that this will show that both Aiba and Arashi have many supporters in around North America, rooting for him during the run of his stage play. It is also hopefully another way the fans of North America can make a name for themselves once again.
Participate!
For this project, all we need fans to do is If You Have Not Already Added Yourself To The Database And Wish To Be Represented By Your Location, Do So Now!
This way, the fans don't have to worry about a deadline or writing anything in either English or Japanese. No requirements are there but to be in the Fans Database -- and signing up for that takes no more than a minute.
No names will be specifically listed for this project. To add, Arashi always seems to be more taken aback over where their fans are located, not by names. So we'd like to focus on that aspect so that they can see Arashi's fan base is truly widespread!
Q&A
How will the clovers be created?
Out of origami paper.
How many will be created?
It will depend on how many fans are in the database at the time on completion. This number should be divided by four, as a location representing each fan will be written on each leaf.
Who's crazy enough to sit and make that many clovers?!
I told her it's nuts! But Vanessa, the epic co-owner slash coordinator at AAA.net has decided to.
And the card?
Yours truly!
When will this be completed and delivered?
In March, during the run of Green Fingers.
Who is taking it to Keikarou?
Yours truly.
What will the card say?
Oh I'll show it before it's sent, no worries.
Can I come?
SURE LET'S GO. :D
If you have anymore questions, comment here! I'll be glad to answer. ^o^
I did this last year so here we go. 26 icons for the 26 year old! Aiba is epic! <3
Me and my friend Emily have a joke about how Aiba's birth is so pivotal that it should have a website named http://thebirthofaiba.com/ on which an Aiba themed ritual is carried out on his birthday. Maybe next year, hm?

ショバンワ~デステイニーです!| Shobanwa! Destini here. Wink Up scans...
See, Sho's my ichiban and Ohno's my niban. Really though, Ohno's my second ichiban. Hahaha, it's kinda hard to pick but I still kind of can. These two are hilarious together though. Like in the D no Arashi where they leave stuff alone for a week or the Mago Mago Arashi's where they're paired together are like my favorite ever. *_*
SEE. EVER SINCE YTM, I'VE BEEN AN EVEN BIGGER FAN OF THESE TWO. Though, pre-YamaTaro, I thought they were adorable. Nino picks on Sho a lot, it's really funny actually. Also, Sho bought Nino a Wii. -_- So they must be like..."LOL!LETSGOPLAYWII~" Well, i'd pay to see that.
I just got used to these two after watching AnS and laughing at how clingy Jun is. It's really cute actually. I think they have a special mean of communicating!!! Like sign language! If I decipher it, I'll inform you all.
YAY! I think it's unheard of to not at least sort of like Ohmiya...............................look how happy! ;_;
Ok, but one complaint.
I'm a Sakuraiba fan. They are my OTP. I was a tad distraught.
